CEDIK offers support to organizations that seek to engage communities to create healthier outcomes.
CEDIK can work with your hospital or health organization to do a thorough assessment of community needs. We also offer Mental Health First Aid training upon request for rural hospitals, rural communities and organizations.
Service | Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNA)
CEDIK can work with your organization to do a thorough assessment of community needs. We will work with organizational/community leadership to convene a steering committee that represents diverse audiences.

MHFA is skills-based training that teaches people how to identify, understand and respond to signs and symptoms of a mental health or substance use challenge. CEDIK offers Mental Health First Aid training upon request for rural hospitals, rural communities and organizations.

Our support includes providing assistance navigating grant systems, working with communities in local planning processes, and serving as a connector to other resources or partners. By ensuring direct access to resources for communities we are removing barriers and improving accessibility for communities with environmental justice concerns.
