CEDIK can work with your organization to do a thorough assessment of community needs. We will work with organizational/community leadership to convene a steering committee that represents diverse audiences. The steering committee will be responsible for identifying individuals to participate in focus groups as well as determining the information to be collected in a survey. CEDIK will provide technical assistance in the design of the survey, as well as any demographic or economic data reports that are required to understand local conditions. CEDIK will facilitate the steering committee in the development of priority strategies for addressing the community needs that emerge.
