Anne Stephens is the Extension Agent for Community Arts and Development at the University of Kentucky’s Cooperative Extension Service in Greenup County. Anne holds a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Ashford University and a master’s degree in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky.  

The Greenup Extension Arts Program is now in its 13th year under Anne’s leadership with many successful events that feature arts education, cultural heritage, arts & wellness, leadership development, public speaking, artisan skill development, professional development for teaching artists, community events, tourism, and volunteerism.   

Anne and her husband Tom have been married for 35 years. They have two talented sons, Isaac age 25 and Aaron age 20.
