Healthy Kentucky Communities

CEDIK is invested in understanding environmental, social and economic factors that impact the health of all Kentuckians. We support rural hospitals through community assessments, we provide Mental Health First Aid training, and we study the systems that provide local food pathways.

Are you interested in PUBLICATIONS and resources on local food systems?

We link to several publications produced as part of a USDA-AMS sponsored project, Local and Regional Food Systems Response to COVID. The publications are part of a Food Consumer Insights Series.
