CEDIK works with communities across the Commonweath to identify alternative economic development strategies beyond blind industry attraction. Tools CEDIK commonly uses in these projects and processes include asset mapping, data exploration, and leakage analysis. CEDIK can facilitate programming and processes that focus on expanding existing businesses, cluster analysis, entrepreneurship, and the creative class.
